While we do encourage all-round development, at the same time a much pronounced emphasis is given to academic excellence as a part of our curriculum.
We do recognize the emphasis of academic excellence in today’s competitive era and make all efforts to ensure that students develop a strong reading, writing and arithmetic skills, and they do gain a good understanding of subjects covered n the curriculum.
Our management is committed to maintaining high standards of health and hygiene within and outside the school premises. Students are taught to wash their hands frequently, wear clean uniform with well-polished shoes, maintain personal hygiene, keep their surroundings clean and adopt these as a part of regular habit. We have also encouraged them to participate in Swachchhata Abhiyaan and spread the message of cleanliness in villages surrounding Kahalgaon.
We firmly that an education process must impart high standards of social and moral values to its students. We must strive not only to become successful citizens but also responsible citizens, and always lay more emphasis on later.
In our interaction with parents, staff, vendors we demonstrate kindness, sensitivity and mutual respect; we place fairness of our action before our desired outcomes; we teach them to love humans and animals, and to appreciate the small gifts that Mother Nature has bestowed upon us.
Our faculty is subjected to regular quality improvement programmes conducted internally and with the help of external consultants when required. These programmes are targeted at improving subject knowledge of our faculty as well as improving their teaching skills.
They are also taught about student psychology and how their conduct as a teacher affects student behaviour. Our faculty has participated very enthusiastically in these programmes and over a period of time these programmes have helped us improve our quality and teaching standards. Young members of our team have gained from the experience of senior, more seasoned teachers through these programmes.
